Welcome to San Joaquin Delta College!

 

We are very happy that you have chosen to apply to our college.  We are proud of our commitment to excellence, the quality of our curriculum, and the dedication of our faculty and staff.  Our first priority is to student success!

 

To begin the admissions process, we ask that you carefully complete this online application.  Once completed, you will need to print, sign and submit the signature page to the College.  You may return your Signature Page in person to the E-Services Center, located in Goleman 128 or by mail to Admissions & Records, 5151 Pacific Ave., Stockton, CA  95207.  Please keep your application confirmation number for future reference.

 

Please take time to double check the accuracy of the information you provide in your application for admission.  Mistakes, even simple typographical errors, can cause serious problems with your student record.

 

You will need to complete the CCCApply Create An Account section of this application process or provide us with an accurate e-mail address.  We will communicate with you via e-mail address only.  Once you submit your application, you will receive an e-mail to indicate it has been received.  Included in this e-mail will be an important link to financial assistance that might waive your fees and help you with other educationally related expenses.

 

Matriculated students, those who receive consideration for priority registration, are expected to participate in assessment and orientation programs.  These include ACE (Assessment/Counseling Express) and Guidance 75 (New Student Orientation) prior

to registration for classes.   Students should plan for approximately 3.5 hours for ACE (Assessment and Mini Orientation/ 0 units) and a full 8 hours for Guidance 75, New Student Orientation (.5 units).

    

 

If you do not have a social security number or do not wish to disclose that information, please contact 209-954-5640 to request an “arbitrary” student number.  Please note that receipt of federal and state financial aid requires that a student provide their social security number. 

 

International Students

 

If you are an international student, a citizen from another country visiting or planning to visit the United States as a full-time student on an F-1 visa, please do not complete this online application at this time.  Instead, contact that International Student Office at mkerns@deltacollege.edu or mblack@deltacollege.edu or by telephoning 1-209-954-5641 to request international student information and application forms.

 

 

College Early Start Students (High School)

 

If you are a high school student, you must submit an approved College Early Start Enrollment form for each term you wish to attend.  The completed form must be submitted 48 hour prior to your registration date.  Once the form is completed, you may submit it to the E-Services Center, Goleman 128, or mail it to Admissions & Records, 5151 Pacific Ave., Stockton, CA  95207. 

 

On-line applications are processed every 48 hours.  Within 48 – 72 hours after you have submitted your Signature Page and any required documentation, you will receive an e-mail from the college which will include admission confirmation and registration instructions.  If you are missing any documentation, you will also receive subsequent e-mails.

 

If you have not received an e-mail response after one week has passed, please call (209) 954-5640 to check your status.  Applications submitted without receipt of the completed Signature Page will be maintained in the system for only 30 days.  Thereafter, a new application will be required.

How to Use the San Joaquin Delta College Online Application
To complete the online application, simply type your answers in the corresponding fields or select your answers from the popup lists (where applicable).

After you complete a screen, click the [Next] button at the bottom or on one of the sections listed on the left column to move to a different screen. Before you are allowed to jump screens, we will inspect your data on the current screen for errors or inconsistencies. If errors or omissions are found, you will be returned to the screen to correct your answer(s). Otherwise, your data will be saved and you will proceed to the requested screen. We also allow you to skip to another screen without your new data being saved. Be aware that if you use the Skip & Jump function on the left column, data on the current screen will not be saved and will have to be re-entered prior to submittal.

Once you have completed the application, click the [Submit] button located on the left column to submit the application.
